Exchanges within the USA are FREE (conditions apply).
To be eligible for an exchange, you must submit a request within 30 calendar days of your purchase date. Failure to request an exchange within 30 calendar days of your purchase date will preclude your eligibility for a return.
In addition, the following criteria must be satisfied in order to be eligible for an exchange;
- The jacket is in brand-new condition.
- The jacket must be unworn- any indicators the jacket has been worn, such as - but not limited to - pet hair, stains, odours - will preclude your eligibility for a return.
- The jacket must be unwashed - any indication the jacket has been washed negates your return eligibility.
- Original tags must be attached- items will not be accepted for an exchange if the original tags are detached from the jacket, inclusion of original tags in the return package does not qualify as attached to the jacket.
Failure to satisfy the above criteria will preclude your eligibility for an exchange.
We are happy to provide our customers with a flexible exchange policy. However, we cannot accept any merchandise that has been worn (other than for trying on purposes) or is not in resell-able condition.

- Select “EXCHANGE” on the request form. Please fill out one form per jacket.
- Sit back and relax. A member of our Customer Service Team will follow-up with your Exchange request within the next 72 hours.
