If for any reasons, you are not satisfied with the product purchased in the last 14 days, you can proceed with the return practice by writing an email to the address orders@wardrobeofromorrow.com.
Our customer service will start a return practice authorisation on your behalf.
For the return, the proof of purchase is required.
The product concerned must be returned:
- Properly packaged in its original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirtied and with all the eventual accessories, instructions for use and documents
- without evident marks associated with use, except for those associated with a normal proof of the article (they shall not contain any mark of use or any way they must not be in a state that could prevent their resale).
We keep track of all the orders from the moment they leave our store.
If the item(s) is not delivered in time, you have to communicate it to our customer care, who will locate it.
Trame di Stile does not accept goods returned within the 14th days from delivery.
