Return and Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted if the product received is faulty or not as described. Products shall not be eligible for exchange or replacement after purchase by the customer beyond 14 days of receiving the products or if items are not in the same condition as the customer received them in. Sanah Sharma does not offer any refunds for products sold.
All tags must be fully attached to return/exchange items. All items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. Sanah Sharma does not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed or damaged in any way.
In case of an exchange, if the newly selected merchandise value is more than the originally purchased merchandise value, the customer will be required to pay the difference amount. Exchange product must be the same or higher value of the originally purchased product as Sanah Sharma does not provide credit notes or refunds.
Sanah Sharma has made every effort to display accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on this website. However, computer monitors vary. Sanah Sharma cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should the customer receive any item that is not in the perfect condition please contact customer us immediately.
Sanah Sharma is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Sanah Sharma does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event if the return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. Sanah Sharma reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet above return/exchange requirements at Sanah Sharma's sole discretion.
