How Can I Return a Product?
Return, refund, replacement and exchange are allowed. You will need to place the request for the same within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.

- Merchandise must be unwashed, untagged, unworn and not damaged.
- The merchandise will be thoroughly inspected once we receive the merchandise.
- All merchandise are exchangeable, but for store credit only.
- The customer would be required to ship the merchandise using DHL or FED EX courier companies as they are most reliable and have safe service over here. Customer will incur the shipping cost. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. So please keep a track while returning the merchandise
- We won’t take the responsibility of the merchandise while In transit if the merchandise gets damaged during the return.
- Once we receive the merchandise, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned merchandise.
- On grounds of size issues, we are happy to accommodate the store credit.
- Store credits are valid for up to one year from the date they are issued.
- For exchanges, you will have to go through the return process and order a new product afterwards.
- Unfortunately, merchandise on sale cannot be returned and exchanged.
- If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email [email protected] and include your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase, name on the order, email address on the order, your request. We will replace or exchange or refund, after thoroughly inspecting it.
