What should I do if my items are damaged, defective, or incorrect?
If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email orders@wardrobeoftomorrow.com and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
- A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item (the most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed).
We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future.
Once your return is authorized and product is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
