USA Shipping and Handling
To estimate the total delivery time for your order, please allow up to two business days for your order to be processed, in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Anemone Swim is unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, U.S. Territories.
The shipping carrier chosen at the time of checkout is responsible for the delivery of your package. In the case of a lost package it is a responsibility of the carrier and all inquiries must be directed to the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees- these are determined by the destination country at the responsibility of the customer.
International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs . USPS does not provide International tracking once the package has left the US.
Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email.
Anemone Swim return and excahange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the sanitary strip still in place and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When return shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
