As we grow, we aim to eradicate delivery costs. In the meantime, we are supporting some of the shipping costs charged by our designers to give you a better shopping experience. Moreover, we ‘green’ our designers’ shipments by donating to offset their carbon emissions.

Fighting unnecessary pollution

Putting an end to unnecessary CO2 emissions, pollution, and waste of resources is part of our core aim. That’s why we have chosen a direct-to-customer business model, for its efficiency and eco-friendliness. With us, there is no shipping from designers to a storing warehouse on the other side of the world, and then again from that warehouse to you.

With us, there is no extra shipping, CO2 emissions, waste of resources, and pollution, by shipping from designers to physical retailers and then again, from those retailers to you.

As all the magnificent creations you purchase on Wardrobe of Tomorrow are shipped directly from our designers to your door, our carbon emission and pollution are the lowest in the industry.

General Delivery Policy

While Wardrobe of Tomorrow accepts worldwide orders and deliveries, you as a buyer are bound to the designers’ specific Terms and Conditions regarding the purchase, delivery, and return of your products.

As such, each designer on our marketplace has its own delivery and return policy, detailed (including the estimated delivery times) on each product page. Some designers on our platform do not charge shipping or exchange/return fees, while others charge both.

Some ship products the same day, while some (as it is the case with custom made couture) might deliver a week later so, please make sure you check each products’ shipping information details before you place an order.

By purchasing any products from the Wardrobe of Tomorrow you implicitly agree with the designer’s terms and conditions regarding the delivery costs and times. If your order originates from a country other than the specified destination, you might be subject to import duties and taxes. If that is the case, you will be responsible for the payment of the extra import duties and taxes so please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order as we have no control over these charges.

Finally, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the goods or services are destined. Please note that neither Wardrobe of Tomorrow nor any of our designers shall be liable for any delay or failure of delivery which arises due to your breach of any applicable law or regulation.


While we hope that you will love your purchases on the Wardrobe of Tomorrow, there might be a case when you are unhappy with your choice.

If that’s the case, please understand that all designers featured on Wardrobe of Tomorrow have specific exchange-and-return policies, clearly stated on each product. However, most designers on Wardrobe of Tomorrow will accept exchange returns if you have purchased the wrong size or colour product, under the condition of contacting us within 14 days to process the exchange request.

If accepted, all items must be returned clean, unworn, unwashed, and in unused condition. Must have all tags and hygienic stickers in place, and the original packing.


Just like in the case of deliveries, all returns on the Wardrobe of Tomorrow are tackled according to each of our designers’ specific return and refund policy, for you to review on each product page, before placing the order.

Special offers, items purchased using a discount code, and custom made products are not eligible for return. Before returning your items, please understand that some designers expect the goods to be returned in original condition and packaged securely, just as received. Moreover, some designers on Wardrobe of Tomorrow do not refund initial shipping costs.

Incorrect/Faulty Goods

If your order is incorrect or the goods are faulty, notify us at within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Please tell us your order number and include pictures for each damaged product to make sure we sort the problem out quickly and efficiently, with no unnecessary disturbance for you.

Please note neither we nor our designers can be held liable for any damages if the item were damaged in the washing or drying machine. If it transpires you have unacceptably handled the goods, the designer reserves the right to refuse your request for an exchange or refund.

Store Credit

If the item you want is sold out and you’re unable to find anything you like we can process a store credit/gift card to use at a later date or issue a refund.

Exchange/Refund Process

  1. Email us at within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Include your order number and contact details, as well as the reason to exchange in this email. Refer to your invoice email.
  3. After receiving confirmation/approval for your exchange/refund, please package your item securely and send it back to the provided address.
  4. Please obtain a tracking number receipt with your return to ensure proof of delivery and send it to us via email. If you’ve requested a refund, we will process it once we have received the brand’s confirmation of safe return.

In the case of a refund, we’ll refund you the price you have paid, by the method you’ve used, on the initial payment, and only after the designer has inspected the returned goods. For further questions about your legal rights, we advise you to read our Terms and Conditions available here.
